File Preparation Guidelines
Resolution
All artwork must be 300 DPI or higher at final print size. Low-resolution files will print blurry.
Color Mode
Set your document to CMYK color mode. RGB files will be converted and colors may shift.
Bleed
Extend background colors and images 0.125" beyond the trim edge on all sides to avoid white borders.
Safe Zone
Keep all critical text and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim edge to prevent accidental cropping.
Fonts
Outline all fonts before saving, or embed them in your PDF to prevent font substitution.
File Formats
We accept PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, and PSD. PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 are ideal for print.
