Submitting print-ready files ensures the fastest turnaround and the best results. Follow these guidelines before uploading your artwork.
Use CMYK Color Mode
All files must be in CMYK color mode. RGB files will be converted automatically, which may cause color shifts. Set your document to CMYK before designing.
Include 0.125" Bleed
Extend your background and edge elements 1/8" beyond the trim line on all sides. This prevents white edges from appearing after cutting.
Keep Text in the Safe Zone
Keep all critical text and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim line. Elements too close to the edge risk being cut off.
Minimum 300 DPI Resolution
Images must be at least 300 DPI at final print size. Low-resolution images will appear blurry or pixelated in the final product.
Embed or Outline Fonts
Convert all text to outlines or embed fonts in your PDF to prevent font substitution. Missing fonts can alter your layout.
Save as PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4
Export your file as a PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 for best compatibility. Flatten all transparency and merge all layers before saving.
